Our History
NGO Caelis is established under the conviction that all human beings, regardless of their socio-material or socio-cultural condition, have the right to a full life free of violence. The Caelis team today has expanded to Tarija, Bolivia, working jointly with professionals from this territory.

Cooperation and commitment in the promotion, prevention and recovery of people and communities, intending the processes of establishing the fundamental rights of women, children, adolescents, older adults and other communities of people susceptible to violations, in order to achieve a worthy life.
Likewise, NGO Caelis offers innovative solutions adapted to the needs of public or private institutions to integrate inclusion and diversity into their operations.
Publicize, design and implement programs aimed at improving the mental and emotional well-being of individuals and communities.
Develop and install programs aimed at reducing psychosocial and psychoemotional risk factors, but also at stopping their progression and mitigating their consequences once established.
Carry out intervention plans for individuals or communities to optimize their psycho-emotional, social or other functioning, reducing the damage or violation of which they were victims.
Research on the various topics in which NGO Caelis carries out its action is a task that it carries out, since its members have developed relevant training and academic experience.
